What will we do?
As part of this session, all participants will be given an introduction to the library and the opportunity to browse the collection. Participants will automatically receive a free 6-month subscription to library membership!
All crafts and art-making materials will be provided, no prior arts, crafts or mindfulness experience required.

About Vicky:
Vicky Inam Mohieddeen is a Borders-based creative wellbeing practitioner and drama therapist with over 20 years experience working with communities around the world.
