Taster: Intuitive art-making in the Gledhill Arts Library with Vicky Inam 28th March 10.00am - 12.00

from £20.00

Saturday 28th March 10.00am to 12.00

Explore the Gledhill Arts Library with creative therapist Vicky Inam in a welcoming and warm beginner-friendly environment.

Vicky will guide the group in short mindfulness exercises before offering a series of activities designed to jumpstart your creativity. The Gledhill Arts Library houses almost 2000 books on art and culture - using some of these books (and their contents!) as prompts, Vicky will encourage us to improvise and experiment with mark-making, free drawing and other intuitive art techniques. Whether you're a seasoned artist, or entirely convinced you don't have a creative bone in your body, this session will offer something for you.
